Nahalewski Technologies operates a vehicle-search and appointment-request service, including conversations through our Facebook Page. This policy explains how we handle information you share with us through that service.
Information we receive
When you contact us, we may receive your messages and your Messenger identifier, along with information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number or email address, vehicle preferences, and requested appointment details. Meta may also provide information about the referral or advertisement that led to the conversation. Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or other sensitive financial information in Messenger.
How we use it
We use the information to respond to questions, understand vehicle preferences, keep a lead record, identify potential vehicle listings, and review appointment requests. Some responses may be automated and can be reviewed by our staff. A request is not a confirmed appointment until the dealership confirms it.
Sharing and service providers
When you request help arranging a visit, we may share relevant contact and request details with the dealership you choose or authorize. Meta processes Messenger communications under its own policies. Cloudflare helps route our service traffic. Dealership websites and their operators control their own inventory information and privacy practices.
Storage and retention
Service records are currently stored on computers operated by Nahalewski Technologies. We retain information for service, follow-up, and recordkeeping, and may delete it when it is no longer needed or in response to an applicable request. The service does not currently have a fixed automatic deletion schedule.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or request access, correction, or deletion of information you have shared, by emailing appfilmstudio@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request and may retain information when required or permitted by law. You can also manage your Facebook and Messenger settings through Meta.
Security and changes
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above will reflect the latest version.
